The Demonology of Desire wins Best Short at Rhode Island

The cast and crew from The Demonology of Desire celebrate receiving Best Short Film Award from the Rhode Island Horror Film Fest.Well the holidays are over and I’m just now trying to get back in the swing of things. The new year is off to a nice start with the news that The Demonology of Desire was awarded the prize for Best Short at the 8th Annual Rhode Island International Horror Film Festival. Other winners included the films Brain Dead (Best Picture), The Terror Factor (Best New England Film), August Underground Penance (Best Makeup FX) and filmmaker Richard Terrasi (Best New Director). The film is also making its Scottish premiere at Edinburgh’s Dead By Dawn fest and its North Carolina premiere at the 9th Nevermore Horror, Gothic and Fantasy Film Festival. Both The Demonology of Desire and The Eyes of Edward James will also be screening in France’s prestigious Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Market.
